Along with the development of globalization and digitalized economy, the tax authorities for all jurisdictions including China are monitoring the profit allocation of multinational enterprises from both traditional business and rising digital economies. To deal with the tax challenges of the digitalized economy, especially for a global alignment, OECD has launched the BEPS 2.0 plan (profit allocation vs. digital economy and minimum taxation rule). BEPS 2.0 will foreseeably impose significant impact to the entire global taxation of multinational enterprises. As a key player in the group value chain, the Chinese enterprises have to fully capture the current trend and evaluate own situation to deal with the underlying challenges and opportunities. Meanwhile, the Chinese enterprises should get actively involved into the group discussion and offer a view from the Chinese transfer pricing perspective for an optimal transfer pricing layout. Special attentions have to be paid to the internal documentation, avoiding the leakages of double taxations.

The workshop will offer insights to BEPS 2.0, as well as new trends and challenges of Chinese transfer pricing, aiming at supporting the Chinese enterprises to improve the tax compliance level. The workshop will be held in Chinese. The personnel from corporate compliance, tax, finance, and legal departments are welcome to join.
